About Paul Brown
Paul Brown is a Senior Associate in our Serious Injury team in Newcastle and looks after clients across the North of England.
Paul has over 20 years’ experience of handling serious brain, amputation and spinal injury cases and is passionate about getting the best possible rehabilitation and support for our clients, securing interim payments during the course of their case so they can make the best possible recovery following serious injuries.
Paul has been recognised and recommended in both the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners for his work supporting seriously injured Claimants and works hard to fight the corner of his clients. He balances a gentle and considered manner with a determined approach to litigation. He is genuinely dedicated and will pursue every avenue to achieve the best outcome for his clients’ future wellbeing.
As a result of Paul’s interest and experience in access to rehabilitation and supporting brain injury survivors, he has also been elected to the position of Secretary for both The United Kingdom Acquired Brain Injury Forum and the Northern Acquired Brain Injury Forum (NABIF) based in the North East and Cumbria lobbying for better resourced brain injury rehabilitation services and raising awareness of the effects of brain injury. He is also the Chairman of Headway Wearside an affiliated group of Headway UK The Brain Injury Association which he has been involved with since the establishment of the charity in 2009.
Paul has also been accredited as a Senior Litigator and Brain Injury Specialist by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
