Foundations Physio is a specialist provider of neurological rehabilitation in the South East of England. Our team of expert physiotherapists provide rehabilitation at home or as an outpatient in our Farnham clinic in which patients can access some of the latest technology. We are proud to offer access to our Litegait body weight treadmill, NeuroVirt virtual reality upper limb rehabilitation, functional electrical stimulation, GripAble upper limb software and accessible bikes.

We are delighted to be able to provide a mix between clinic, community (home visits), hydrotherapy sessions and specialist exercise classes. By doing so we can adapt programs and approaches flexibly in order to help our patients achieve real world results and noticeable functional benefits aligned with their goals.

We believe that building a solid set of foundations is key to a successful rehabilitation journey, our team works closely with patients and their loved ones to help address not just their physical needs but emotional, cognitive and social challenges. Setting clear goals and exploring motivators and barriers to achieving these are at the core of what we do, identifying what’s most important to our patients to help motivate and track progress in a meaningful way. By taking this approach we aim to inspire and support our patients to achieve things they never thought possible.
