TBL provides case management for people who have sustained serious or catastrophic injuries, such as brain injury, spinal cord injury, and complex orthopaedic and neurological conditions, including amputation. TBL are passionate about prioritising what is important to our clients, so they are able to achieve what they want to do and who they want to be.

We work in partnership with adults and children throughout England and Scotland who are experiencing a wide range of complex physical, emotional and social issues. We have a highly experienced team of case managers from a range of clinical backgrounds who are available to co-ordinate and monitor your comprehensive packages of care, support and rehabilitation services.

TBL adopts a sensitive but proactive approach to the management of all cases by working as a team with both our clients and their families. TBL can offer our clients the choice of a case manager that they feel comfortable working with and who can support them to get their lives back on track.

This partnership approach has achieved remarkable results, with even those cases where clients have the most challenging of conditions, not only in terms of the outcome of the case, but more importantly, in working towards significant improvements in the lives and well-being of our clients.

We are able to give a high level of personal and compassionate support to our clients, whilst maintaining a professional focus, by adopting a problem solving approach to the resolution of core issues.

TBL provides a co-ordinated goal-directed service with an independent assessment of need, identification of measures to meet that need, along with the design of an individual goal focussed care plan which incorporates ongoing monitoring and review procedures within agreed timescales.

TBL can work with our clients to identify whether they would welcome the addition of a care/support package. TBL can offer direct recruitment or liaising with agencies. We maintain our quality of service through regulations from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and have been rated ‘Outstanding’.

TBL’s clinical lead has over 30 years’ experience in the case management sector, with other members of our management team having over 25 years’ experience. Our clinical lead has worked closely within BABICM to establish their competency framework, standards and code of ethics. TBL offers a wealth of knowledge with a track record of achieving progress with our clients, whilst they feel well supported to make and maintain meaningful goals. Our case managers work to support our clients to achieve their best available outcome.
