Bush & Co’s case management services are renowned for expertise, reputation and quality. Made up of over 100 case managers across the UK we provide case management and rehabilitation services to children, young people and adults following Acquired Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, developmental delay and birth injury, limb loss/amputation and complex orthopaedic conditions following personal injury or instances of clinical negligence. We are also experienced and specialists in working with those with mental health conditions following major trauma and clients experiencing behaviour that is complex to manage.
When choosing Bush & Co, clients are expertly assessed and supported. Our Immediate Needs Assessments are the blueprint for a client’s rehabilitation, focusing on understanding circumstances, barriers and future needs. Following assessment clients are then supported with realistic goals, accessing services and rebuilding a fulfilling, safe life post-injury.
Working with our case managers means that you can be assured you will receive regular updates on progress during rehabilitation through our Rehab Update Reports, access to knowledge and expertise about the client’s injury and their circumstances, confidence that all clinical stakeholders are held to account and a single point of access to our additional services where a client needs vocational rehabilitation, behaviour support and/or care solutions such as the direct recruitment of support workers and nurses in the home through our CQC registered care service – Bush Care Solutions.
Our experience in case management has also seen us join forces with two of the largest charities in catastrophic injury – The Child Brain Injury Trust and the Spinal Injuries Association. Through our partnerships we have launched the Child Brain Injury Rehabilitation Service that supports children and families following Acquired Brain Injury and SIA Case Management, supporting children, young people and adults following Spinal Cord Injury. As well as providing a high quality case management service, our two charity partnerships help to provide a valuable long term funding source to the Child Brain Injury Trust and the Spinal Injuries Association.
