Coastal Case Management Ltd supports those that have been seriously injured on the road, in work, or elsewhere, or suffered life changing consequences as a result of medical negligence together with their family network. We work equally on single and joint instruction and under the Rehabilitation Code where required, utilising Statutory Services whenever applicable and where this is in the best interests of the client.
We cover the areas from Dorset in the west to Kent in the east, from (and including) the Isle of Wight in the south to Berkshire / M4 corridor in the north, including London.
We work with a team approach to ensure the best outcomes for our clients, although we are happy to nominate a lead case manager for the client if this is preferred. By utilising Case Management Assistants, where appropriate, we are however able to contain costs. We also offer inhouse HR and payroll services, where teams of support staff are required, ensuring a joined up approach to the staff supervision, pay and training, along side their involvement in ensuring the best outcomes for the clients.
Coastal Case Management Ltd also have access to 2 Transitional Units located near to Fareham, Hampshire which are available for rent to anyone requiring either accessible accommodation for holiday/respite purposes, as a step down from hospital pending a return home where mobility is an issue due to spinal or orthopaedic injuries or as temporary accommodation whilst their own property is being adapted. The units have ceiling tracks, wet rooms and separate accommodation available for support staff to enable them to stay on site.
