We ensure our Case Managers have the appropriate skill set as well as experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team and the ability to advocate for a client. To underpin all this, they must follow our client-centred approach. Through our comprehensive induction and ongoing support and governance we ensure our case managers are best placed to help our clients optimise their recovery.
A case manager will be selected to work with the client based on location and skill set. A free, no obligation meet and greet with the client will be provided to ensure that the client is happy with our choice of Case Manager.
Empowering U Case Management and the team ensure they follow the Rehabilitation Code (2015) and align to BABICM, CMSUK and VRA guidelines. We also keep updated with the development of the Institute of Registered Case Managers (IRCM).
