About Enable Therapy Services

My ETS Case Manager has supported me through every step of my rehabilitation. Before her involvement I was incredibly dependent and debilitated by my injuries, and anxious about the future and what it would hold for me and my family.

Physical rehabilitation opportunities coordinated by Enable Therapy Services have helped me to progress from being in a wheelchair to having independent mobility and attending gym classes.

Initially I needed home support to manage my daily living activities but now my capabilities and stamina are improving. My Case Manager is now coordinating the implementation of house adaptations, enabling me to further my independence with bathing, scar management and baking!

Enable Therapy Services also arranged psychological support for me which has provided me with the strength to tackle life events with the confidence I would have displayed before my injuries. With the help of the ETS team, I now have the ability and confidence to travel by car after they arranged for a formal driving assessment and sourced an adapted vehicle for me to drive.

I have since become a mother, have moved house, am able to take my baby out for walks and have returned to part-time teaching work. All of these are things I would never have imagined possible after my injury, and it is thanks to Enable Therapy Services that I have recovered so fast and so well.

Enable Therapy Services provided us with a truly an amazing Case Manager.

My husband found his Case Manager to be a person of provision following his severe facial and subsequent post-concussion injuries. She has provided him with knowledge and an answer to his prayers, through seeking the rehabilitation he needs, with the right people, at the right time.

We feel ETS delivers him options and does not dictate an answer, therefore making him feel he has some control over his life that has been severely and unrecognisably changed through injury.

However, our Case Manager and her team not only provide support for my husband on his rehabilitation journey, but also thankfully to our whole family.

Our Case Manager has impacted on our lives, not only by helping my husband, but also gaining psychological support for myself and she has also unbelievably been able to secure this same support for our son. The difference this rehabilitation structure has given to our family over the last 15 months is impossible to put into words.

I am writing this email to let you know how satisfied and happy I have been with my Case Manager Victoria.

What a lovely, understanding, professional and extremely patient person she is and has been throughout my treatment with Enable Therapy Services over many many months which ended on the 14/12/21.

Nothing was ever too much trouble for Victoria, checking if I was ok and anticipating my every need in order to further my recovery.

I realise now just how professional and knowledgeable a Case Manager needs to be so she can carry out the many tasks needed ongoing for a long period of time.

I would like you to personally thank Victoria for her hard work and care which really meant a lot to me when I was at my lowest point but also as I was improving.
